Non-refundable Registration: Your registration is non-refundable as the ceremony will be recorded. If you cannot attend live, you’ll receive the recording within 48 hours to create your own closing ritual when the timing feels right. The recording allows you to return to these practices as you navigate the transition into the new year.

Community Connection: We warmly encourage joining with your video on. There’s something powerful about being witnessed as we name what we’re releasing and what we’re calling in. Seeing each other’s faces (even through screens) creates a container for meaningful transition. You’re welcome to use a virtual background, and there’s always grace to turn your camera off when you need privacy.

What to bring: A journal and pen, a candle to light, something that represents new beginnings to you (a seed, a stone, a blank page), and a willingness to connect with others.
