During our conversation, we discuss the power of ritual to connect with the land, with ourselves, and with each other We also talk about the need for community and the concept of belonging, and how we can reimagine our relationship with ritual and the passage of time.

Rituals, Seasons and Cycles

Rituals help us observe and understand the natural world. They connect us to the rhythms of the Earth – the changing seasons, the moon cycles, the ebb and flow of life. They also foster a sense of awe and wonder for the natural world, encouraging us to appreciate its beauty and the cycles of life and death.

Rituals bring people together, creating a shared sense of identity and belonging. They provide a common ground for celebration, mourning, and reflection. They mark transitions and turning points, helping us to let go of the past and embrace new beginnings.
