The Deep Dive is a 3-hour live virtual workshop that covers the full landscape of end-of-life planning, including what to consider before a death, at the time of death, and after a death. We’ll give you the complete framework, the key considerations, and practical tools so you can continue the work on your own time and your own terms.
This is not a surface-level overview. It’s the same content we explore in our 4-week immersive course, distilled into one rich, focused session with time for your questions and live guidance from both of your hosts.
What We'll Cover
Before Death: Holistic advance care planning, essential documents, naming your healthcare representative, communicating your wishes, and beginning the conversations your loved ones need to hear.
During Death: What the dying process can look like, how to bring intention and ceremony to the moments surrounding the end of life, and what it means to sit vigil and hold space.
After Death: Body disposition options, planning your own funeral or celebration of life, caring for a body after death, and crafting the legacy and stories you want to leave behind.
The Role of Ritual: How ceremony can bring meaning, healing, and connection to every stage of the end-of-life experience.
