What to expect

Our gatherings are all about creating connection. Some are community circles held around a shared moment in time, such as the closing of the year or a seasonal shift. Others are needs-based, where we explore a topic or theme together as a community. Some gatherings are free and others carry a small fee, always priced to keep them accessible. The thread that runs through all of them is the desire to bring people together in meaningful ways.

Virtual gatherings

Our virtual gatherings invite people to join an online circle from anywhere in the world. You can expect some teaching, guided practice and small-group sharing. Most sessions are recorded for those who can't join us live.

In-person gatherings

We also offer in-person gatherings near our home in North Vancouver, BC. We love hosting intimate conversations in nature, around a fire, or in a venue that elevates the experience. These gatherings are often in partnership with local practitioners and likeminded organizations.
