Ali shares her pre-transplant and post-transplant ceremony stories, and we talk about how we need to shift the narratives surrounding ‘sick’ and ‘healthy’ so we can reclaim our relationship with ourselves.

Who is Ali Hiebert?
Ali is a wife, TFMR mama, 2X liver transplant recipient, healthcare advocate and embodiment coach living with her husband and rescue pitbull in Alberta, Canada. She is a wild and poetic redhead, a lover of coffee and all things cozy and is a trained yoga instructor, herbalist and grief doula.
She inhabits this space between loss and reclamation. She teaches tools to unearth your resilience through nervous system wisdom, body based practices, primal movement and somatic healing. You can find her on her website alishaemerald.com or on instagram @thealiemerald.
