Through guided practices, gentle reflection, teaching, sharing, and contemplative ritual, participants explored ways ceremonial acts can help process complex emotions, mark health transitions, celebrate resilience, and nurture body-self relationship.

Ceremony Guide & Ritual Designer

Megan Sheldon (she/her) is a cultural mythologist, humanist celebrant, end-of-life doula, and co-founder of Be Ceremonial, the world's first guided ritual and ceremony platform. She is the author of Ritual Without Religion: A Humanist Guide to Creating Secular Ceremonies, and has spent years crafting ceremonies across the life cycle, with a focus on grief and the less visible moments of change and transition.

Embodiment Coach & Grief Doula

Ali is a wife, TFMR mama, 2X liver transplant recipient, healthcare advocate and embodiment coach living with her husband and rescue pitbull in Alberta, Canada. She is a wild and poetic redhead, a lover of coffee and all things cozy and is a trained yoga instructor, herbalist and grief doula.

She inhabits this space between loss and reclamation. She teaches tools to unearth your resilience through nervous system wisdom, body based practices, primal movement and somatic healing. You can find her on her website alishaemerald.com or on instagram @thealiemerald.
